Jesse Lowers has been a commercial waterman and a hunting guide for the last 14 years on the Chesapeake Bay. Chris Phelps joined Jesse 11 years ago and together they fished, crabbed and guided hunts on the Bay. For many years they dreamed about opening their own crab shack and fish market. They wanted to share their love of seafood with their community.
